About me

One aspect I enjoy about organizational development is the strategic thinking it requires. Where, for instance, is this business experiencing blocks to success?

I’ve spent decades across different careers honing my intuition and developing insight about people and their behavior.

In the most recent decade working as an individual and couples’ therapist, I’ve helped hundreds of people shift out of dysfunctional behavioral patterns. Before that, I spent another decade as a journalist, including as a reporter for TIME magazine in Washington D.C., covering human interest stories, and as a reporter in the U.S. Senate, writing daily stories on political maneuverings.

In all of these, I read the situation, developed the story, and built trust so that people opened up to me.

Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed the task of uncovering the challenge and, using insight and knowledge, delivering good results.
