What we do

RJCG is a team of consultants that are Certified PRINT® Coaches and have advanced degrees in counseling, and specialized training in our consultation model. We have a passion for helping individuals and organizations across multiple industries reach their creative, interpersonal, and financial goals. Because we are experienced therapists, in addition to facilitating and supporting leadership development and team building, RJCG Consultants can effectively identify and resolve conflict and communication challenges among employees, to restore trust and teamwork.
